I've been searching on the web for a hotel to stay at when I go for my one week holiday (My first in 2 years!!) and I am pretty unhappy with one main thing that I have discovered.
Now, I am planning to head off to Albany which is about roughly a 5 hour drive from Perth, and am thinking of staying there for about 3 days, while I explore Albany and the surrounding towns. The thing that I am unhappy about is that some hotels have a check-in time of 4PM, and a check out time of 10AM/12PM, which I believe is pretty unfair.
You are paying for ONE WHOLE DAY, that means 24 hours, and unless I am wrong, a day does consist of 24 hours everywhere else in this world!! To ask someone to check in at 4pm and then get out by 10am, is a HUGE RIP OFF!! Think of how much the hotel will be saving on money by pulling this crap!!
Man, it seems everywhere you turn, someone is trying to make an easy dollar of you nowdays, doesn't it?
