Last night, I decided to have pizza, and after a long discussion, we decided to get it from the nearby pizza joint, called Mario's Pizza. We had pizza from them once before, and it was good, and we expected more or less the same taste from them.
We order one large Mexican pizza (HOT) and a garlic bread, which came up to Aud 15. As I did not have enough cash with me at the time, I decided to pay by Eftpos, and to my surprise, they wanted to charge me a extra Aud 1 more! Now, I hadn't agreed to this, but they had already placed my order and said they cant cancel it as it's being prepared!! (Keep in mind all this is happening in what,about 2 minutes from my order being taken) The reason why there was a 2 minutes delay was because, the lady who took the order had to call her son who was beside her to handle the Eftpos machine, and he took a freaking long time to get over, and tell me there's a extra charge!!
Now if I had order below Aud 10, I can understand the extra charge, but come on, Aud 15, and you still want to make an extra buck from me?? What a rip off!!
The pizza took 25 minutes to finally arrive, and it wasnt great. It was a small sized so-called large pizza and the main, and ONLY ingredient on it was the huge amount of chilly flakes on it!! It was simply amazing, the whole pizza was covered fully with chilly flakes, and each bite, burnt my tongue. I also, went to toilet, 5 times that night, and my ASS was on FIRE!!!
Now I can eat hot food, I LOVE IT. But this pizza was beyond hot, it wasnt fit for human consumption! Mario's, is one pizza parlor that I will never,ever visit again!
